Our Kitchen

Head Chef, Gary O’Sullivan, has over twenty-five years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has worked in kitchens around the world and run two Marco Pierre White restaurants in London –The Criterion in Piccadilly Circus and, for the last 11 years, The Belvedere in Holland Park. French trained, he is passionate about seasonal and British food. Gary lives in South West London with his wife and 2 children.

Working closely with Gary is his Sous Chef, Boguslaw Proch. Boguslaw came to London from Poland fifteen years ago to pursue his dream of working in Europe’s culinary capital. He began his career working for chefs such as Richard Corrigan and Mark Hix where he trained in British cuisine. Over the last ten years Boguslaw has been at Bentley’s, Gaucho and, most recently, was Senior Sous Chef at Hix Oyster and Chop House. Boguslaw is a fun-loving, hard-working chef who likes to spend his time off outdoors with his partner and daughter.

Carefully devised by Gary and Boguslaw, the menu focuses on traditional British pub dishes using fresh seasonal ingredients. The kitchen is open Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays) with a weekday lunch menu, as well
as a fabulous Sunday lunch.
